This squeegee sponge was designed specifically to scrape and clean plates and bowls.  There are two cut outs at the top of the sponge that clean the edges and rim of dishes.

The counter squeegee sponge was designed to clean up messes on counter tops. The triangular shape helps catch messes in corners, around the sink, and against backsplashes.
